RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love our items as much as we have loved creating them for you. Please note that we do not offer returns/refunds on any orders as all sales are final. The only exclusion is if goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns/refunds.
If you are eligible for a refund or exchange (you receive a damaged or faulty item), you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@roundjournal.com to alert us of any issues. We will provide you with details on how to ship the item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).It is advised that you having a tracking number for your shipment as proof of your return. Shipping costs from your initial order are also non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange or refund to your original payment method will be processed in a timely manner.
